El Matador’s Fort Walton Beach condos are located at the end of Santa Rosa Blvd. on the beautiful Okaloosa Island.

But don’t worry – we’re only minutes away from recreational beach activities like parasailing, wave runners, deep-sea fishing, shopping, marine life park and water park. El Matador has spacious grassy areas where small children can play without fear for their safety.

For special events and gatherings, El Matador is proud to offer our Fiesta Room with a state of the art kitchen for on-site catering. This room is perfect for weddings, receptions, and reunions or as a meeting room with access to TV for presentations. There is also The Lounge, a smaller community room that includes a full kitchen and bar for day-to-day socializing and relaxation. These rooms are available for an extra fee.
